2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in Rwandan Francs (Frw) unless stated otherwise.

Orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

We accept Mobile Money, bank transfer, and cash payments.

Custom orders or pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit.
3. Delivery & Pickup

We offer delivery within Kigali and surrounding areas, within 1–3 working days.

Delivery fees vary by location and are communicated before order confirmation.

Customers may also pick up items in-store during working hours.
4. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of purchase only if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.

The product has a defect or wrong size was delivered.

No returns on undergarments, customized clothing, sale/discounted items, or worn clothes.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 working days.
